OHLONE VILLAGE SITE TOUR
Meet at the Visitor Center and see the Ohlone exhibits and displays. Then, we'll walk 1/4 of a mile through vibrant marsh habitat to a 2,200-year-old Ohlone village site. Along the trail, we’ll identify plants that provided food, medicine and tools for the Ohlone Peoples. Tour reconstructed structures, like a tule house, shade shelter, sweat house and a circular subterranean house. You'll also get the opportunity to examine reproductions of artifacts.
